With special overwriting software, data carriers are overwritten multiple times with ones and zeros according to the NIST SP 800-88 protocol, ensuring final data deletion without loss of reuse possibilities. When reuse is not possible or desirable, hard drives, SSDs and tapes are physically destroyed by shredding them with a shredder according to the DIN-66399 Standard. After this destruction, recovery of data is out of the question. Cell phones and other electronic devices are also processed safely, with all stored data completely erased and materials recycled responsibly. Upon completion, a certificate is provided as proof of data destruction.

Where will you pick up?
Basically, we come to all companies throughout the Netherlands. Often this is in the Randstad. Additional call-out charges may apply for companies in the northern provinces.
How long does it take for you guys to come over?
After you approve our proposal, we usually pick up within 7 business days. Well in advance we will send you a proposal for a pick-up date and time frame by e-mail. After your written confirmation the appointment is fixed.
What equipment are you picking up?
Old computers, laptops, phones, tablets, printers, monitors, servers, switches, backup emergency power, adapters, plug cords and other peripherals such as mice and keyboards.
We do not accept large white goods such as washers, dryers, dishwashers. We also do not accept refrigeration equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners and water coolers.
What is the minimum amount?
There is no minimum amount of equipment to pick up. The same call-out fee does apply for 1 computer or 10 computers.
What does data destruction cost on collection?
We send a proposal for the destruction of data on computers, laptops or individual hard drives, for example, only in writing. This is because the costs are highly dependent on the type and quantity of equipment. A non-binding proposal will be sent within 1 business day of receiving the completed contact form.
What does free pickup mean from 200 kg?

How do I know if I have 200 kg?
If you fill out the form and include an overview photo showing the hardware recognizable, we will know by experience if you have 200 kg or more. We will then confirm this in writing.
How should we prepare or prepare it?
