Our services include secure transportation, registration, sorting after unpacking, sustainable recycling and certified destruction.
Recycling Best destroyed packaged and unpackaged electrical and electronic equipment or parts. We transport safely from your location on pallets, in roll cages or plastic pallet boxes. After loading, you will receive a signed guidance letter with a legal registration for your (company) waste streams.
Upon receipt, the products are unpacked and manually separated from all types of packaging materials such as cardboard, styrofoam and foil. These are recycled separately.
You don't want your products or parts to appear on the market. Depending on your needs, we make sure your products are rendered non-functional and unrecognizable. This is done by a shredder or other mechanical processing. You receive a certificate guaranteeing that products have been physically destroyed.
Recycling Best takes responsibility for obsolete stocks of obsolete products or parts, faulty products, leftover batches, recalls, production waste, RMA returns and repair stock.

No, unfortunately, collection is only available for businesses. As a private individual, you can bring a batch of old ICT equipment to Best.
Basically, we come to all companies throughout the Netherlands. Often this is in the Randstad. Additional call-out charges may apply for companies in the northern provinces.
After you approve our proposal, we usually pick up within 7 business days. Well in advance we will send you a proposal for a pick-up date and time frame by e-mail. After your written confirmation the appointment is fixed.
Old computers, laptops, phones, tablets, printers, monitors, servers, switches, backup emergency power, adapters, plug cords and other peripherals such as mice and keyboards.
We do not accept large white goods such as washers, dryers, dishwashers. We also do not accept refrigeration equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners and water coolers.
There is no minimum amount of equipment to pick up. The same call-out fee does apply for 1 computer or 10 computers.
We send a proposal for the destruction of data on computers, laptops or individual hard drives, for example, only in writing. This is because the costs are highly dependent on the type and quantity of equipment. A non-binding proposal will be sent within 1 business day of receiving the completed contact form.

If you fill out the form and include an overview photo showing the hardware recognizable, we will know by experience if you have 200 kg or more. We will then confirm this in writing.
If you prepare everything on a pallet, that's convenient for us, but it doesn't have to be. If all the hardware is loose and accessible with a roll cage, that's fine too. Our driver packs and loads everything.
You as the contact person do not have to be present yourself. This may also be a colleague who receives us and points out the equipment. We do need a signature when we finish loading.
