Our old ICT equipment (mostly laptops and desktops) had been sitting in our storage room gathering dust for some time. Through Recycling Best, all of this was quickly picked up and recycled. Great that everything is out of the way but also that we know this is all being processed sustainably. Considering we have this type of used equipment more often it is nice to know that Recycling Best got rid of it in no time. Definitely recommended for companies who also want to process their stuff in a safe and sustainable way.

Frequently Asked Questions
As an individual, can I also have pickup?
No, collection from individuals is NOT possible. Collection is only for Dutch companies with a current registration with the Chamber of Commerce. Private individuals can hand in old computers free of charge at the municipality's environmental street.
Where will you pick up?
Basically, we come to all companies throughout the Netherlands. Often this is in the Randstad. Additional call-out charges may apply for companies in the northern provinces.
How long does it take for you guys to come over?
After you approve our proposal, we usually pick up within 7 business days. Well in advance we will send you a proposal for a pick-up date and time frame by e-mail. After your written confirmation the appointment is fixed.
What equipment are you picking up?
Old computers, laptops, phones, tablets, printers, monitors, servers, switches, backup emergency power, adapters, plug cords and other peripherals such as mice and keyboards.
We do not accept large white goods such as washers, dryers, dishwashers. We also do not accept refrigeration equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners and water coolers.
What is the minimum amount?
There is no minimum amount of equipment to pick up. The same call-out fee does apply for 1 computer or 10 computers.
What does data destruction cost on collection?
We send a proposal for the destruction of data on computers, laptops or individual hard drives, for example, only in writing. This is because the costs are highly dependent on the type and quantity of equipment. A non-binding proposal will be sent within 1 business day of receiving the completed contact form.
What does free pickup mean from 200 kg?
Only computers, laptops and servers count toward the free pickup criterion. For example, 200 kg printers and/or monitors can only be picked up at the applicable call-out fee.
How do I know if I have 200 kg?
If you fill out the form and include an overview photo showing the hardware recognizable, we will know by experience if you have 200 kg or more. We will then confirm this in writing.
How should we prepare or prepare it?
If you prepare everything on a pallet, that's convenient for us, but it doesn't have to be. If all the hardware is loose and accessible with a roll cage, that's fine too. Our driver packs and loads everything.
Do I have to be present at pickup myself?
You as the contact person do not have to be present yourself. This may also be a colleague who receives us and points out the equipment. We do need a signature when we finish loading.
