Sustainability
Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. Electronic waste is one of the fastest growing waste streams in the world, and its impact on the environment is significant. Many valuable materials, such as metals and plastics, are lost if not disposed of properly. By collecting and recycling old ICT equipment and electronic waste, we contribute directly to reducing the demand for new raw materials and reducing the CO2 emissions associated with their extraction and production.
We believe that every appliance deserves a second life and that every piece of electronics responsibly disposed of helps to reduce the carbon footprint of businesses. By working together with companies, we create a circular economy in which materials are used for as long as possible and waste is minimized. In this way, together we make a sustainable future possible.

No, unfortunately, collection is only available for businesses. As a private individual, you can bring a batch of old ICT equipment to Best.
Where will you pick up?
Basically, we come to all companies throughout the Netherlands. Often this is in the Randstad. Additional call-out charges may apply for companies in the northern provinces.

After you approve our proposal, we usually pick up within 7 business days. Well in advance we will send you a proposal for a pick-up date and time frame by e-mail. After your written confirmation the appointment is fixed.

Old computers, laptops, phones, tablets, printers, monitors, servers, switches, backup emergency power, adapters, plug cords and other peripherals such as mice and keyboards.
We do not accept large white goods such as washers, dryers, dishwashers. We also do not accept refrigeration equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners and water coolers.
What is the minimum amount?
There is no minimum amount of equipment to pick up. The same call-out fee does apply for 1 computer or 10 computers.

Alleen computers, laptops en servers tellen mee voor het 200 kg gratis ophalen criterium. Printers en monitoren worden ook opgehaald, maar tellen niet mee in het gewicht.
How do I know if I have 200 kg?
If you fill out the form and include an overview photo showing the hardware recognizable, we will know by experience if you have 200 kg or more. We will then confirm this in writing.
How should we prepare or prepare it?
If you prepare everything on a pallet, that's convenient for us, but it doesn't have to be. If all the hardware is loose and accessible with a roll cage, that's fine too. Our driver packs and loads everything.
Do I have to be present at pickup myself?
You as the contact person do not have to be present yourself. This may also be a colleague who receives us and points out the equipment. We do need a signature when we finish loading.
