Here's how IT Recycling works for your old hardware
Let us know about the old IT hardware you want to have picked up, from servers, computers, and laptops to printers, monitors, and associated cables or keyboards. You can do this by filling out the online contact form. Feel free to add photos and indicate whether you want certified data destruction. Within one business day, you will receive a no-obligation quote including call-out charges, data destruction rates, and our terms and conditions. IT Recycling is completely FREE for 200 kg or more of computers.
Once you agree with our proposal, we schedule the pickup appointment (usually within seven business days) and email you a time frame for our driver's arrival. On the agreed day we load everything neatly, you only need to grant access, and we immediately hand over a summary of the hardware collected. After sorting at our location, you will receive the invoice and, if desired, the destruction certificate with a complete inventory of all data carriers by e-mail.

No, unfortunately, collection is only available for businesses. As a private individual, you can bring a batch of old ICT equipment to Best.
Where will you pick up?
Basically, we come to all companies throughout the Netherlands. Often this is in the Randstad. Additional call-out charges may apply for companies in the northern provinces.
How long does it take for you guys to come over?
After you approve our proposal, we usually pick up within 7 business days. Well in advance we will send you a proposal for a pick-up date and time frame by e-mail. After your written confirmation the appointment is fixed.
What equipment are you picking up?
Old computers, laptops, phones, tablets, printers, monitors, servers, switches, backup emergency power, adapters, plug cords and other peripherals such as mice and keyboards.
We do not accept large white goods such as washers, dryers, dishwashers. We also do not accept refrigeration equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners and water coolers.
What is the minimum amount?
There is no minimum amount of equipment to pick up. The same call-out fee does apply for 1 computer or 10 computers.
What does data destruction cost on collection?
We send a proposal for the destruction of data on computers, laptops or individual hard drives, for example, only in writing. This is because the costs are highly dependent on the type and quantity of equipment. A non-binding proposal will be sent within 1 business day of receiving the completed contact form.
What does free pickup mean from 200 kg?

How do I know if I have 200 kg?
If you fill out the form and include an overview photo showing the hardware recognizable, we will know by experience if you have 200 kg or more. We will then confirm this in writing.
How should we prepare or prepare it?
If you prepare everything on a pallet, that's convenient for us, but it doesn't have to be. If all the hardware is loose and accessible with a roll cage, that's fine too. Our driver packs and loads everything.
