As an individual, can I also have pickup?
No, unfortunately collection is NOT possible for individuals. Collection is only for Dutch companies or institutions with a current registration at the Chamber of Commerce.
Where will you pick up?
Basically, we come to all companies throughout the Netherlands. Often this is in the Randstad. Additional call-out charges may apply for companies in the northern provinces.
How long does it take for you guys to come over?
After you approve our proposal, we usually pick up within 7 business days. Well in advance we will send you a proposal for a pick-up date and time frame by e-mail. After your written confirmation the appointment is fixed.
What equipment are you picking up?
Old computers, laptops, phones, tablets, printers, monitors, servers, switches, backup emergency power, adapters, plug cords and other peripherals such as mice and keyboards.
We do not accept white goods such as washing machines, dryers, dishwashers. We also do not accept refrigeration equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners and water coolers.
What is minimum quantity?
There is no minimum amount of equipment to pick up.
What does data destruction cost on collection?
We send a proposal for the destruction of data on computers, laptops or individual hard drives, for example, only in writing. This is because the costs are highly dependent on the type and quantity of equipment. A non-binding proposal will be sent within 1 business day of receiving the completed contact form.
What does free pickup mean from 200 kg?
Only computers, laptops and servers count toward the free pickup criterion. For example, 200 kg printers and/or monitors can only be picked up at the applicable call-out fee.
How do I know if I have 200 kg?
Fill out our form and include an overview photo. Then we can see if you get to the 200 kg mark. We will then confirm in advance if pickup is free.
